Our Association works to promote a fun, fair, and safe environment that maximizes participation and improves player skills while developing sportsmanship, teamwork, and self-confidence.

Pre-season Baseball Team Training

Our 37,000 square foot facility in Burnsville, MN has six batting cages and training programs to help baseball athletes maximize their athletic potential. Develop speed, agility and strength pre-season, in-season and off-season.
Sports Performance Training Benefits for Baseball Athletes:
Increase First-step Quickness and Speed - Get to the ball faster, cover more of the field and accelerate around the bases
Increased Trunk Rotational Strength - Put more power behind the bat
Reduce Likelihood of Injury - Increase flexibility, joint stability, strength and proper movement techniques to reduce the chance of injury
Preseason Tune-up Session Details:
Class meets once each week for 60 minutes at a selected date and time; cost for the eight-week session is $96 ($12 per class).
Minimum of 12 athletes required
Customized programs available to meet more than once per week or for longer than the eight week session
Team Training can be done at the Velocity Sports Performance Training Center in Burnsville or at a school or community facility
Batting Cage and pitching machine rental available for individual or team practice

Winter workouts begin this Sunday with the first at KAC. Kennedy's schedule is each Sunday, beginning Jan. 4th, from 6 - 7:30pm for ages 9 - 14, and 7:30 - 9pm for ages 15 and up. All the other Kennedy dates listed during the week are for the high school teams.
Jefferson workouts are on Friday nights. 6-7:30 is for boys 9-11, and 7:30-9:00 is for boys 12-14.
